HCL bpo interview

Posted by arunseeker on December 29, 2007 under Uncategorized

ar.jpg Yesterday i wokeup early in the morning my friend selva called me and asked me to get ready for an HCL bpo interview. We went there by 10 in the morning and waited in the open hall, above 50 canditates were waiting there . Most of the canditates were paseed out students,  most of them are BE students. We went there to have an HR experience.   Two girls were organising that HCL drive. . In that one girl looks cool. after some time i went HR round. . I thought those girls were HR but they were staff out there. I went into the room it was very cold out there . she asked me to tell about me , I told the whole story for more than 5 mins. Then after some time they announonced that i am selected for the 2nd round . I waited for another some time and after sometime they called me for the second round. Again the same “tell about u” again the same old story. she asked me about the cricket and the australian controversy in cricket. I got selected in that round also. The next Round is also an HR round. I went into the room same HR but this time different questions. She asked me about the time management i told that with many example . Then she asked about the college life i explained   After some time i got fustrated and suddenly left that place by telling that i am not interested Bye. She was stunned . . Do we need these many HR rounds for an BPO job. I am very much fustrated about this. .wats your comments about this?
